We encourage early submissions. The application form will close on September 27, 2026, and no panelist or performer submissions will be accepted after that date for the 2026 convention.

A few important notes to keep in mind:

• All panel and performance submissions will be carefully reviewed. Applicants will be notified of their status in early October, or sooner when possible.

• Please submit one panel or performance per application. You are welcome to submit multiple applications for different ideas.

• This application is open to a wide variety of programming, including (but not limited to):
  panels and discussion topics, make and take or cosplay workshops, bands, magicians, performers, balloon artists, special guests, game shows, animal encounters, children’s programming, burlesque, role-playing skits, theatrical performances, comedy acts, and more.

• Submitting this application does not guarantee a programming slot at CONjuration 2026.
