As we know, Dementors are creatures that suck the joy and life out of those they come into contact with. Those of us who battle with depression, anxiety and other mental health difficulties know that Dementors are REAL and they can be found all over the place in our daily lives. This interactive session will take you through some basic coping strategies as well as a guided meditation designed to help provide you with ways to defend yourself against Dementor attacks. While we may not be able to produce a FULL patronus, we’ll find ways to hold our own until we have more help.
